Marco joined Cisco in early 2025 as a Consulting Engineer within Cisco’s Customer Experience organization, where he supports enterprise customers. He holds a CCNP EI certification, and his areas of expertise include routing technologies, particularly BGP, Cisco ISE-based network access control solutions, and network automation using an Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approach applied to the campus domain.
