Leslie Gordon is vice president of the Office of Accessibility. In this role, she leads the company’s efforts to embed digital accessibility into all areas of the business—from every stage of product development to all digital resources and experiences to business processes like M&A and procurement, as well as the employee experience.
Leslie is a seasoned executive leader who combines strong business management and operational skills with deep experience in human resources. In 18 years at Cisco and previously at Microsoft, she has held a wide variety of HR roles and led cross-functional teams through complex change management. With a proven track record as a results-driven collaborator, she balances strategy and execution in matrixed environments.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Washington. She lives with her husband, daughter, two German Shepherd Dogs, and two Maine Coon cats.
