Leslie Gordon is vice president and chief accessibility officer at Cisco, where she leads the company's enterprise-wide accessibility strategy. She is responsible for embedding accessibility across every aspect of the business, from product design and engineering to AI, digital experiences, procurement, and the employee experience. Her work helps ensure that accessibility is not simply a requirement, but a driver of innovation, business value, and inclusive experiences.
A strategic and collaborative executive, Leslie has more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, organizational transformation, operations, and accessibility. During her tenure at Cisco and previously at Microsoft, she has led global cross-functional initiatives, built high-performing teams, and helped organizations navigate complex change while aligning business objectives with meaningful outcomes. She is recognized for her ability to bring together diverse stakeholders, influence across matrixed organizations, and turn bold ideas into scalable business strategies.
Leslie is a passionate advocate for disability inclusion and accessible innovation. She regularly addresses topics including accessibility, AI, inclusive leadership, and the future of work, helping people and organizations understand how designing for inclusion creates better experiences for everyone.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and lives in Northern California with her husband and daughter.
