From product launches to thought leadership, this is the group that translates technical details into content that external audiences can understand and relate to. Prior to her work at Cisco, Leslie worked in financial services – another industry where technical jargon can often cloud what is really important to customers. Leslie is also an alum of the Haas School of Business (MBA) and a former euphoniumist.
