Kunal has over 24 years of experience in the technology industry, including 18+ years at Cisco, where he has held diverse sales and channel leadership roles. His expertise spans working with large enterprise customers across banking, retail, technology services, and the public sector.
During his tenure, Kunal was part of Cisco’s APJC Regional Partner Team in Singapore, supporting global system integrators and consulting partners. He later led the Enterprise Segment Sales Team for Cisco India, managing strategic relationships with global IT service providers, top banking institutions, and large conglomerates.
In 2022, Kunal transitioned to EMEA to lead the SP Channel and Managed Services Route-to-Market Partner Sales team. In this role, he developed and executed an EMEA-wide strategy for Partner Managed and "as-a-Service" sales motions while driving channel and go-to-market success with top EMEA-based global service providers.
Now, as the leader of Cisco’s SMB business in EMEA, Kunal is at the forefront of driving SMB growth—a key priority for Cisco. His focus is on enabling automation, scale, and speed through a standardized operating model while ensuring partners deliver the best outcomes and experiences for SMB customers.
In his present role Kunal leads the SP Channel and Managed Services Route To Market Partner Sales team for EMEA. Managed Services is the largest new RTM for Cisco and presents a huge opportunity for Cisco and it’s Partners to deliver differentiated value and focused outcomes to customers.
