Kit Beall

Cloud and Business Services

Kit Beall is Vice President in charge of Cloud and Business Services for Cisco’s Global Service Provider (GSP) group. He is responsible for supporting the strategy, business development, service creation, sales enablement, and service acceleration for key solutions including Virtual Managed Services (vMS), the Cisco Cloud Architecture on the Microsoft Cloud Platform (CCA MCP), Next Generation Collaboration, as well as supporting Cisco Intercloud Services (CIS) deployments with Telstra and Deutsche Telekom.

Kit has held several roles in Cisco, most recently as the Service Provider lead for the Cloud and Managed Services business, where his team was responsible for the strategy and engagement with key Service Providers that created the foundation for Cisco’s global Intercloud platform. He also led service creation across Cisco’s cloud and managed service offers, working closely with our SP partners, to create new business value and growth across Cisco’s cloud ecosystem. Prior to this role, Kit served as the go-to-market leader of the $9B Global Service Provider business, which included the SP Routing, Mobility, and Video groups. In that role, he led sales for Cisco’s industry-leading Service Provider product and service portfolio including Core Network, Video, Mobility and Software solutions. He also built Cisco’s Mobile Internet sales team and co-led the acquisition and integration of Starent Networks, widely regarded as one of the most important additions to Cisco’s portfolio.

He joined Cisco through the acquisition of Dynamicsoft, a pioneer in voice-over-IP and mobile multimedia solutions, where he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He is a patent holder in VoIP technology and previously he developed intelligent network platforms for both fixed and mobile networks. He began his career at NeXT Computer.

Kit holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Colorado with his wife and three children.
