Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in building strategic, data-driven CSR and employee/consumer engagements. She leads Cisco’s Community Impact team, which engages global employees in taking positive actions for people, planet and society and extends our purpose driven opportunities to our partners, customers, and suppliers. Kelly led a strategic transformation to achieve Cisco’s ambitious goal of 80% employee engagement via the development of an inclusive framework of offerings, building integrated digital platforms for scale, and scaffolding processes that weave community impact into corporate culture. Prior to Cisco, Kelly managed community initiatives with the SanDisk Foundation, built client CSR strategies with global advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi, and first established her social impact career through roles in the US federal government and nonprofit sector.
