High Touch Engineering Technical Leader
Customer Experience (CX) / Expert Care/Signature Support
For me, networking engineering is about human connections, not just packets and protocols. As a High Touch Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco, I spend my days resolving complex outages and driving root-cause analysis, bridging the gap between massive-scale architecture and the innovation that defines our future. Whether navigating large-scale networks or architecting AI-ready data centers, I focus on delivering reliability and clarity.
My 15-year career has been a journey of continuous evolution. Curiosity is a competitive advantage, driving me to earn my Master’s in Networks Technology and Management alongside three Cisco expert-level certifications. This path instilled in me real grit and a broader perspective, allowing me to see the "big picture" of how technology impacts the business. Combined with my structured problem-solving approach.
Outside the office, I am a lifelong learner, currently obsessed with the frontiers of AI infrastructure and networking. When I’m not diving into technical investigations or presenting at industry conferences, I value staying grounded through quality time with my family. I believe great leadership starts with being a committed student, always looking for the next complex challenge to solve and learn.
