A 26-year Cisco veteran, José van Dijk is the Vice President of the EMEA Partner Sales & Routes to Market organization. Appointed as the leader of Cisco’s EMEA partner business in October 2023, she is responsible for both channel strategy and leading the channel business across the region, with a keen focus on driving new routes to market and accelerating growth with our partners. In her previous role as Partner Performance and Experience (PP&E), Global Partner and Routes to Market Sales, she led the creation of industry-leading partner relationship management platforms, tools, and processes. Powered by AI/ML-driven actionable insights, these resources simplify, digitize, and personalize the overall partner experience while accelerating partner growth and profitability. José has held numerous global leadership positions driving Cisco programs across the globe. She served as the leader of the Transformation Office for Cisco's Customer Experience organization as well as VP Operations and Chief of Staff roles for major Cisco functions including Service Provider. Previously, she established Cisco's first decentralized Customer Service organization serving Asia-Pacific and Japan, and led several country boards and councils for Brazil, Mexico, Russia, India, and China. José has been recognized multiple times as a CRN Channel Chief and for Women of the Channel – as well as part of the Power 100 – including IT Wonderous Woman by Global Touch.
