Jen Messinger

Jen Messinger is a seasoned Public Funding Advisor at Cisco where she works with public entities to identify and pursue state and federal grants for their technology needs. Jen comes from the Social Services field where she worked as a Project Director, grant writer and grant administrator for three counties in north-central Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of experience in working with grants, Jen’s curious approach keeps challenging teams to develop impactful outcomes for their grant proposals. When she’s not talking about money, Jen’s interests turn to style, fitness, and good books. Jen is currently a member of Cisco’s America’s Advisory Council.
