Jeff Scott is Vice President of Cisco’s Global Partner Performance and Experience (PP&E) team. His team of experts ensures partners continue to provide the best-in-the-industry partner franchise that is operationally relevant and aligned with the company’s transformational shift to software and recurring revenue. At the same time, Jeff will be accelerating the work the team has done to optimize and simplify the selling experience for our internal teams and partners with an unwavering focus on delivering growth for Cisco and our partners.
Jeff comes to Cisco from Johnson Controls, where he had a dual role serving as the VP of Commercial Operations and Service Operational Excellence. Before this, Jeff had several senior leadership positions at General Electric Healthcare, including COO of the United States and Canada region, VP of Service Operations, and GM Operations Management in the Global Services business. In addition to Jeff’s distinguished professional career, he is a certified Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has proudly served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Jeff, together with his fiancé Kelly and their families, lives in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area of the U.S. When he’s not enjoying time with his family, Jeff loves running, hiking, playing guitar (maybe a new Cisco band member?), and being outdoors as much as possible. In addition, Jeff serves on the board of trustees for Mount Mary University in Milwaukee.
