Currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering for Cisco US Public Sector, Jeremy leads a diverse team of technology managers, architects, and systems engineers. Together, they drive multiple high-level solutions tailored for the public sector. Their initiatives focus on reducing costs, maximizing existing resources, and enabling effective, secure, and connected public services.
Jeremy has played a pivotal role in driving impactful initiatives, notably contributing to the Cisco Digital Divide project. This initiative exemplifies his commitment to leveraging technology to bridge gaps in underserved communities, reflecting his dedication to making a positive societal impact through innovation. Jeremy is particularly passionate about initiatives aimed at closing the digital divide. Many of his current projects involve strategic investments in rural broadband systems, aimed at bridging technological disparities across cities and school districts. These efforts underscore Jeremy's commitment to leveraging technology for social equity and inclusive growth.
Jeremy is also deeply involved with the Cisco Network Academy as an active mentor, where he guides and inspires the next generation of technology leaders. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
