Jennifer is a key architect of partner maturity, expertly leveraging the LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) framework to accelerate software adoption, services growth and achieve measurable business outcomes. She oversees a substantial portfolio, driving growth across $7 billion in Services and $4 billion in Software Available to Renew (ATR). With over 15 years of dedicated service at Cisco, Jennifer has a proven track record of delivering results across complex, multi-billion-dollar portfolios. Before her current role, she led Cisco’s Software and Services Organization for Americas Partners, where she spearheaded the expansion of Enterprise Agreements, enabled the transition from standard to premium services offerings and crafted innovative strategies for partner lifecycle management. Jennifer’s deep expertise was further refined as the Channel Sales Director for the West Partner Sales Organization, managing $7.1 billion in annual revenue spanning hardware, software, and services. Her leadership supported diverse segments including Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Web. Jennifer began her career at Cisco in 2010, following impactful roles at Hewlett-Packard as a Partner Account Manager and Datacenter Product Sales Specialist. Renowned for fostering a "5 Star Service" leadership culture, Jennifer views her organization as a vital bridge connecting Cisco’s internal segments with the broader channel community. She is passionate about "seeing around the corner”, anticipating market transitions and empowering her teams to transform innovative ideas into market-leading realities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and is a proud alumna of the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is an avid traveler, reader, and loves the outdoors. Jennifer resides in San Clemente, California, with her husband, Mark, and their two sons, Henrik and Nohl.
