For more than 30 years, Jay Stewart has been working with communications service providers and enterprises to launch services faster, ensure high service quality and reduce operational costs. Jay is currently managing the Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance Technical Marketing team. As part of this role, Jay works closely with leading service providers and enterprises to help them with proactive assurance solutions to provide service performance insights. Prior to joining Cisco, Jay was director of NA Sales engineering at Accedian, Principal PLM for Virtual Solutions Marketing at Spirent and Principal PLM for Ethernet services at JDSU.
