Joy ABOIM is a Senior Community Impact Leader at Cisco and leads the company’s Partnering for Purpose initiative. A global movement launched in 2022, it aligns with our commitment to an inclusive future, and is designed to make it easier for our partners, customers and suppliers around the work to collaborate with us in order to accelerate and amplify our collective positive impact on people, communities and the planet.

A force of energy and adventure, Joy is a keen runner and triathlete, participating in marathons and triathlons around the world. She is proficient in multiple languages, travels audaciously, and loves theatre and Formula 1.
This is typically the time of year when we take time to reflect, and looking back, 2023 has been a wonderful year of fulfillment and purpose for me, specifically in my role leading Partnering for Purpose.
