Lori Holloway is the Branding & Communications Manager for Cisco’s Talent Bridge Program, where she leads strategic marketing and communications initiatives that drive awareness and adoption across Cisco’s partner and learning ecosystem. Her work focuses on delivering clear, audience specific messaging and campaigns that enable partners and candidates to easily connect to meaningful talent opportunities. With more than a decade at Cisco spanning CX delivery operations, technical recruiting, and inclusive talent strategy, Lori brings an end to end perspective on workforce enablement. She collaborates across Cisco to shape digital experiences, deliver enablement and support resources, and manage stakeholder communications—using insights and performance metrics to continuously strengthen program impact and partner value. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Lori’s work advances equitable access to opportunity and scalable workforce solutions aligned with Cisco’s commitment to an Inclusive Future for All. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new cuisines, traveling, attending cultural events, and spending time outdoors.
