Greg Sylvester II is the VP of Enterprise AI Platforms and Infrastructure at Cisco, where he is responsible for building a scalable, secure, and unified AI platform that empowers teams across the company to harness intelligence and reimagine business paradigms. A technology executive with over 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of Engineering, Product Management, and AI, Greg leads efforts not only to build core platform capabilities, but also to drive adoption and value realization by re-engineering legacy processes and enabling custom solutions that extend the platform’s impact across the business.
Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in driving digital transformation and building revenue-generating products for global enterprises. Most recently, as Senior Director of Infrastructure Resource Management & Efficiency Engineering at Google, Greg pioneered critical advancements in serving and training efficiency for YouTube’s massive technical infrastructure. Prior to Google, he held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Product Development at American Express and Director of Product Management at PayPal, building on earlier foundations at Honeywell, IBM, eBay, and Intel. An active thought leader, Greg frequently collaborates with industry institutions to share insights on product strategy, AI integration, and customer-centric innovation.
