Under Fletcher’s leadership, Cisco IT is actively leveraging AI to simplify, automate, enhance decision-making, and enable new ways of working.
Fletcher has an established reputation in the industry for guiding organizations through significant technological shifts, including enterprise AI adoption, Agile transformation, IT modernization, software engineering, and delivering productivity tools. An engineer by training, Fletcher holds Microsoft and Cisco certifications.
Prior to Cisco, Fletcher served as IBM’s CIO, delivering IT to IBM’s 350,000 employees globally. Fletcher also holds Top Secret/SCI clearance and is executive sponsor for NSA, DISA, the US Navy, and frequently engages with the CIA.
