Ed Novak is a Technical Marketing Engineer on the Cisco Network Platform team, where he introduces customers to the latest advancements in network automation and agentic workflows. With deep expertise spanning service provider and enterprise networking, video transport and assurance, security, and network orchestration, Ed is dedicated to demonstrating how network automation and agentic workflows accelerate operations and drive cost efficiencies. Outside of work, Ed is an ultra-marathon enthusiast and continually sharpens his expertise in network automation and cybersecurity. He holds three patents and numerous industry certifications.
