Elizabeth leads the Cisco Networking Academy in the UK & Ireland, managing an ecosystem of 300+ Academies to sustain and grow the program. The Cisco Networking Academy is Cisco’s largest and longest running CSR program, having reached over 24 million learners in 190 countries since program inception. Elizabeth is passionate about making the tech industry a more diverse and inclusive space. She is a Board Member for Women of Cisco UK & Ireland, and currently leading the STEM Outreach pillar. She also regularly volunteers on programs that inspire students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue STEM subjects and careers and is spearheading a number of related initiatives through the Cisco Networking Academy.
