Deborah Piram

Deborah currently leads the CX Cloud program for Customer Zero. She started her Cisco career almost 15 years ago within Cisco Commerce as a business analyst, where she worked on numerous projects including CCW and CCW-R. She moved to Customer Zero in October 2018, where she uses her extensive E2E process experience to facilitate business transformation for Customer Zero initiatives. Her current focus is CX Cloud, where she works to enable new success tracks, onboarding and training new users, and prioritizing feedback to help improve CX Cloud for our customers. Deborah loves to bike, hike, brew beer and completing triathlons; and believes Lake Tahoe is the best place on earth.
