David Hokerson is a CX Cloud Insights Manager within CX Insights & Innovation, responsible for accelerating CX Cloud customer onboarding and adoption. In this role, he helps customers learn how to use the platform and advance through the adoption lifecycle, helps prioritize use case implementation based on customer feedback, and encourages scaling CX Cloud within the customers’ organizations.
In his 20 years with Cisco, David has held many IT management positions including 5 years in the US partner organization and 12 years in the direct sales organization within Commercial, Enterprise, and Public Sector.
David holds a B.S. degree in Strategic Management, Production and Operations Management and an MBA from California State University, Chico. He achieved CCIE #11764 in Routing and Switching in 2003 and is currently CCIE Emeritus.
David lives in Southern California with his wife and son, and enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams in his down time.
