Devendra Malladi

Vice President, Cisco+ Portfolio Management

Devendra Malladi is Vice President, Cisco+ Portfolio Management for Cisco. In this role, Dev leads the team accountable for product management of the Cisco Plus portfolio. His scope of responsibilities includes the acceleration of Cisco Plus offer development, collaboration on go-to-market activities, and facilitation of Cisco Plus execution with cross-organizational stakeholders. Prior to accepting this role, Dev was leading Proactive Services and Customer Success for Cisco Global CX Centers. This team is responsible for the modernization and delivery of all Professional Services, Operate Managed services, including as-a-service and Customer Success throughout the customer lifecycle. Dev was with SAP for more than 11 years before joining Cisco, managing several software and services businesses. He was the Vice President of SAP Services, Global Customer Operations in SEA. In this role, Dev was the P&L and Services Sales leader for all SAP Services GCO, including Services Software, Cloud, HANA/ HEC PaaS, Custom Development, and Education. Dev has over twenty-five years of experience in sales, services, cloud, software, customer success and driving large transformations across the US and Asia. He is passionate about Customer Experience and driving Customer Success, User Adoption across the enterprise. He is a regular speaker on Managing Change and driving User adoption/ Customer Success in forums and conferences across the region. Dev is an active Executive Sponsor of PRIDE initiatives in Cisco and is passionate about building an inclusive future for all through proximity and sponsorship. He is a Strategy Advisory Board Member of the esteemed The Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership since 2019. Dev holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance and Marketing. He is a golf and badminton enthusiast.
