Currently, in my role as Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cisco in the Engineering Division, I am leading a high performing team of recruiters tasked with delivering top technical talent to help build Cisco's Global Intercloud. Leveraging recruiting process, talent brand and systems & tools to transform and optimize talent delivery.

I have served in many roles throughout my career in talent acquisition and HR to include agency, executive and corporate recruiting, talent brand, HR systems and tools and L&D. This mixture of experience as well as working with some top companies has provided insight and experience into a number of areas as well as the opportunity to solve various talent acquisition problems.

I am most passionate about talent brand approaches, social media platforms in recruiting, recruiting strategy/process, talent evaluation philosophies and recruiting systems and tools.
