Currently located in Fayetteville, AR, as Client Director for Walmart, the world’s largest company by revenue, I lead Cisco’s global team, driving customer technology and business success through direct executive engagement, cross-organizational alignment, and strategic value creation for both stakeholders and shareholders. I excel at building “win-win” outcomes that strengthen long-term partnerships and deliver measurable results. Previously located in Chicago, as Operations Director for Cisco’s U.S. Central North Select organization, I guided high-performing, diverse sales management teams across multi-vertical global markets with annual revenue targets exceeding $1 billion, delivering transformative customer outcomes in highly competitive environments. Before that, I served as Regional Sales Manager where I led high performing sales teams that were consistently in the top 10% in the company—further enhancing my ability to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and customer success at scale. My expertise spans engaging senior customer executives and Cisco leadership to align strategic objectives, foster trusted relationships, and ensure superior customer satisfaction—always with a focus on tangible business value and enhanced customer experiences. Educational credentials include an MBA and MA from The University of Alabama and a BS from Jacksonville State University, complemented by diverse experiences at NetApp, the University of Alabama Football Team, and The Coca-Cola Company. My community commitment in whatever market I reside is always focused on providing youths in underserved communitied with exposure to professionals/content to open doors/their eyes to how much opportunity there is to take advantage of in the world.
