Dan Wiggins is Vice President of the Industry Solutions Group (ISG) within Cisco’s Growth Marketing organization. Dan leads a team of global experts who design industry-specific solutions to help customers accelerate innovation, achieve strategic outcomes, and respond to business disruption. ISG’s Portfolio Explorer, a key output of Dan’s team, showcases industry use cases and unique Cisco architectures that have been instrumental to the success of some of the most recognizable brands in industries and governments worldwide. Under Dan’s leadership, Industry Solutions Group has played a vital role in shaping Cisco’s sales transformation. As direct liaisons to Cisco’s internal business entities, Dan and his team represent the critical business needs of today’s top industries. ISG also enables global field sellers and partners with industry-specific assets, training, solutions, and direct access to Cisco experts across thirteen major industries. Dan joined Cisco in 1999 after previous sales and management positions at Ameritech and IBM. A highly accomplished sales leader, Dan started as a Cisco Account Manager and quickly moved to Client Director of Daimler Chrysler and Ford Motor Company, and to VP Sales GET (Automotive Retail Utilities) where he managed a worldwide sales team. Dan’s extraordinary focus on customers has inspired his teams to deliver exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving the highest performance at Cisco. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University. When he’s not meeting with customers or employees, Dan enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with his family. Dan and his wife live in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and are the parents of four adult children.
