Collette Norval

Collette Norval is a Collaboration Sales Specialist based in Glasgow, Scotland. She joined Cisco in March 2021, following a varied multi-industry career spanning Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & Finance. She has previous entrepreneurial experience as a Founder and Managing Director of a social enterprise sports apparel business that she launched in 2015 in Aberdeen, Scotland. As a Product Sales Specialist in the Collaboration business, she is proud to bring the Webex portfolio to life; sharing the latest news, features, updates and ideas through creative social content - covering topics from technology to hybrid work, office life to working mum reality. She studied languages at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, has sat on the board of a number of Scottish Social Enterprises and Charities and is currently a member of the Cisco Global Collaboration Advisory Group. She has been involved in a number of prestigious leadership programmes over the years including; The Hunter Leadership Programme, The Saltire Foundation Scholarship Programme and YTILI Transatlantic Innovation Programme hosted by the US Department of State.
