Cindy Field

Cindy is a senior channel programs and business development manager with over 25 years developing and executing business development strategies for technology manufacturers. She started her career at Cisco in 2010 and found a home on the Global Distribution Team. During her tenure here, she has been involved in key initiatives such as the launch of CSPP through Distribution and emergence of other Distributor value programs targeting annuity growth. Among several cross-functional roles on the GDS team, Cindy is currently leading the evolution of Black Belt Distribution Academy through it’s first major refresh since it launched in 2020. She works closely with the regional leads, the GDS Architecture team, and the Global Black Belt Team to ensure Distributors have the most relevant content and experience available to them as part of their learning journey with Cisco. Outside of Cisco, Cindy enjoys lake life, her pups, and remodeling her latest vintage camper.
