A 25-year Cisco veteran, Craig Cieplinski is currently the Senior Director of Global SMB Sales Segment. In his current role, Craig leads the global SMB team for Cisco defining and implementing revenue-producing partner sales initiatives. Craig is responsible for evolving the global SMB GTM strategy, running critical global scaling functions and leading a cross-functional global team to deliver results. In addition, He is responsible to accelerate sales via new routes to market, leading sales operations to simplify the customer & partner experience and grow Cisco’s market share in SMB. In his previous role, Craig was the Sales Director in US Distribution. He and his team managed the relationships with D&H Distributing, Ingram Micro and ScanSource. Craig’s responsibilities included the development of new routes to market, Cisco’s sales motions, programs, promotions and enabling Partners to deliver end-to-end Cisco solutions.
