Brink Sanders

Managing Director, Software and Network Transformation

Brink Sanders is the Managing Director for Software and Network Transformation in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). In this role, Brink is responsible for helping customers shift to a digital-ready network and capture the market transitions that need to be delivered in Cisco’s Networking portfolio. This includes software-defined networking, security and cloud solutions.

Previously, Brink led Sales Enablement and Operations for Cisco APJ, where he was responsible for enabling Cisco’s APJ business to run effectively and efficiently in support of the overall business strategies and objectives. Brink has also held a variety of other leadership roles at Cisco, including Strategy & Planning for WW Sales Operations and Operations for the US Enterprise, Commercial & Canada Theater.

Before joining Cisco, Brink worked in various roles in technology consulting, where he partnered closely with customers throughout the lifecycle of their critical business initiatives, from determining strategy to delivering on their business outcomes through business process, software and technology architecture.

Brink holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
