Brandon leads the CX Cloud Beta Program, an exclusive program reserved for Cisco’s top customers that drives long term adoption of CX Cloud and collaborative innovation. Customers who are accepted in to the program are given the platform to share their voice and play a pivotal part in in the evolution of one of Cisco’s top SaaS priorities, CX Cloud.
Prior to leading this program, Brandon spent 4 years in various strategy and planning roles within Cisco, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market planning for new strategic offers in US Public Sector. Before joining Cisco, Brandon spent 12 years in management consulting, where he co-founded a firm that delivered strategic services to stakeholders in the global engineering and construction industry.
Brandon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Wilmington, and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
