Brad Mannal serves some of Cisco’s largest and most strategic global accounts as Director of Professional Services for Cisco’s Global Enterprise Segment. He and his team help bring Cisco innovations to life by developing new markets and expanding partnerships through a holistic customer experience. With a unique and broad range of experience, he is able to forge true partnerships with clients and drive the business outcomes that customers need. Brad is passionate about building strong and diverse teams that collaborate and thrive in a culture that succeeds by putting customers first. In more than 12 years at Cisco, Brad led the relationship for customers including EMC and Dell, before moving on to lead teams serving accounts across Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing. During his 20+ years of experience in technology he has enjoyed pioneering startup environments like Egenera and contributing at software companies including Oracle. Brad graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, with a BA in Political Science. He and his family live outside of Boston. Brad is a Regional Captain for the Covenant House, actively fundraises for The Angel Fund, and enjoys coaching youth sports.
