Brooke Laggner

Brooke Laggner is a Customer Delivery Architect for the Cisco CX Healthcare Practice. Since July 2021, he has been dedicated to helping healthcare IT departments by aligning the improvement of infrastructure capabilities to clinical and business goals. His focus lies in the development and delivery of healthcare advisory services, including infrastructure assessment and planning services. Before joining Cisco, Brooke had an 11-year tenure at a Central Florida hospital system and held multiple roles, such as Sr. Network Engineer, IT Project Manager, and IT Infrastructure Manager. His contributions to the hospital system ranged from advanced support of the hospital network to effectively leading the infrastructure team through the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, a unique and challenging period for the healthcare industry. Brooke currently resides in Daytona Beach, Florida with his wife and two daughters. His personal passions include playing guitar, 90’s rock music, and family time at the beach.
