Ben Taylor

Ben Taylor is a the Director of Customer Journeys and Strategic Planning for Services (CX) Marketing at Cisco. Prior to this role, Ben worked as strategy lead and chief of staff for Service Provider Marketing at Cisco among other roles. In prior companies, Ben worked on data center networking and communications as well as enterprise server development. Before a career in technology, Ben worked in both marketing and financial roles.

Ben attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Ben is a native Texan, and now resides in Austin with his wife and their two dogs, Franklin and Ivan.
