Innovation Center Manager / Program Leader

Global Center of Excellence, Cisco Innovation Center

Ben Chung is Center Manager & Program Leader of the Global Center of Excellence (GCoE). The GCoE is one of Innovation Center in Cisco, which is located in Songdo, South Korea.

Ben has 20 years of technical and business experiences. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Technical Consultant, successfully managing Cisco’s Technical Consulting Team focused on the Asia and Oceania regions. Previously, as an IoT/Smart City Architect and Technical Leader, he executed highly complex programs that ran over multiple years.

With a solid track record in strategy leadership and consulting, Ben is also passionate about innovation. It’s always top of mind for him. Currently, he leads Cisco’s Songdo Innovation Center. It’s an exciting opportunity to put his technical, business, management, and leadership experience to work as he inspires innovation in the region.

Ben is a prominent speaker in the areas of innovation, digital transformation, Smart Cities, and IoT in Asia. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sejong and Syracuse University.
