Bao Nguyen is a Product Manager in the Mobility Services and Cisco Connected Mobile Experience (CMX) Group. She manages CMX Connect, a context-aware guest solution for consumer businesses, and the CMX API platform which allows third party application developers to leverage the indoor location data from Cisco’s Wi-Fi network.

Bao Nguyen has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.

She is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast.
