Kate Theodorakopoulou

Kate is the editor of Shortcuts, a series designed to give you everything you need to know about Cisco Services — in short. A journalist by trade, Kate has spent the last several years writing about tech. In her current role as Content Strategist & Editor for Cisco Services, she produces, curates, and edits multimedia content across various platforms. Before joining the Global team, she was part of Adele Trombetta’s (SVP, Cisco CX EMEA) Executive Communications team. She holds a degree in Communications, Media, and Cultural Studies from Panteion University, and a master’s in Visual Anthropology from the University of Manchester. Early in her career, she completed internships with the BBC and ITV — and she loves telling people about it. Outside of work, Kate is passionate about female empowerment and environmental causes. She has spent most of her adult life in the UK but recently moved back home and now resides in Athens, Greece.
