Alena Shakhova

Alena started her career in the networking back in 2008 and since 2016 has been part of Cisco, moving in her journey from Customer Support Engineer in Krakow to Customer Success Specialist in Lisbon. Currently she is one of the team leads in her team and holding CCIE in the area of Routing and Switching. In her free time she loves to explore hew new home Portugal, hike with friends, read, practice watercolour and ride snowboard during winter times.
