Andy has been in the networking business for over 30 years, over 25 of those with Cisco. He started his career at Cisco as a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) working across broadband and edge technologies. He built on his technical knowledge by adding a more focused business angle as a Product Manager. He spent some time in the Cisco marketing team and also working on Cisco’s SD-WAN products before finding his way back to leadership roles for both the TMEs and Product Managers in the Provider Connectivity group. He leads his team on building the largest routers in Cisco’s portfolio designed for the largest networks in the world. He also spends significant time on emerging software products, AI and other technologies for the networking world. Andy relishes the team aspect of our jobs while building a sense of community and camaraderie.
