I've been in tech since before the bubble burst (I’ve said too much) pursuing strategy, comms and culture with both Fortune 500 companies and scrappy Silicon Valley startups. Now from my desk in Colorado I focus on developing competitive intelligence that powers wins, and culture that fuels imagination and innovation. As a mom of three and a board member for a charity that provides housing, education, and health care, I’m keenly aware of the delicate balance we all strike between our careers and our lives outside the office. I pursue success at Cisco relentlessly and passionately, while keeping in mind that the priorities I invest in outside my job are most likely what I’ll be remembered for.
