A protocols enthusiast and designer, she enjoys turning complex connectivity challenges into elegant, reliable systems that helps people and networks stay connected. Her journey began with a fascination for how technology can bring people together. She is the author of WebRTC Integrator’s Guide, a practical book on building real-time communication applications. She is also an open-source contributor, patents holder, avid blogger, and contributor to open internet standards. With roots in the Himalayas, Altanai brings resilience, curiosity, and adventure to everything she does. Outside of work, she is passionate about robotics and sustainability. She invented a robot that picks up outdoor trash and volunteers her time teaching students about robotics.
