Scott Gainey

Cisco's Unified Access Solutions
Scott Gainey brings more than 16 years of IT industry experience to his role as Director of Marketing for Cisco’s Unified Access Solutions. Currently, Gainey is responsible for developing and driving strategic marketing programs that integrate Cisco’s core switching and wireless solutions.
Throughout his career, Gainey has held leadership roles in product marketing, product management, channel marketing and sales. He has been instrumental in bringing new and innovative technologies to market for leading companies including Cisco, Xsigo Systems, NetApp, VERITAS Software and Sun Microsystems.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical science from Humboldt State University.
