There is no question that 2020 was an interesting year from a variety of perspectives. But what clearly stands out to me is the fact that it created an arena for a completely digital experience to be embraced. Without warning, we found ourselves having daily meetings on Webex, relying on social media to keep up with the latest news and ordering online more than ever before; among other examples.

In this new setting, with information now available through countless internet-based platforms, the world can start to feel a little complex.

Thereby, it is highly recommended that companies be very careful and accurate in the creation and delivery of key data to their clients and other stakeholders. Communications plays a crucial role in any business. It must be top priority.

With that in mind, Silvia Spiva’s leadership has given our department an objective that is very clear: to support our Partners and Distributors in their recurring revenue journey. We have done this by creating a digital communication environment that is simple, creative, transparent and user-friendly. Also, we strive to make our resources easy to access, explore, use and understand.

Moreover, there are essential factors we analyze to inform, educate and engage our stakeholders in the best possible way. For example, by taking a deep look at our digital platforms’ performance, we have been able to gain remarkable insights that guide our path.

Another paramount aspect that we take into serious consideration is all the feedback our Partners and Distributors provide regarding our hub. This site houses all the relevant resources to help them stay tuned to the latest news and tools.

Partner Operational Readiness Hub

That’s why different members of our team have been working these past few months on our Partner Operational Readiness hub to make it clear and easy to navigate. But what does that mean? The keyword here is simplicity. We redesigned it in a way that is appealing to the eye and easy to explore without compromising the quality of all the resources that are available to our Partners and Distributors.

Furthermore, it is relevant to mention that we have been creating more audio-visual content. This is a very powerful tool because it keeps viewers more engaged with the content. In the end, this translates into more content being retained in an easy and creative setting.
