But what clearly stands out to me is the fact that it created an arena for a completely digital experience to be embraced. Without warning, we found ourselves having daily meetings on Webex, relying on social media to keep up with the latest news and ordering online more than ever before; among other examples.

In this new setting, with information now available through countless internet-based platforms, the world can start to feel a little complex.

Thereby, it is highly recommended that companies be very careful and accurate in the creation and delivery of key data to their clients and other stakeholders. Communications plays a crucial role in any business. It must be top priority.

With that in mind, Silvia Spiva’s leadership has given our department an objective that is very clear: to support our Partners and Distributors in their recurring revenue journey.
