This will allow users to view key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loss, latency, jitter, resolution height, frame rate, and media bitrate through a highly visualized Webex 360 dashboard integrated into vAnalytics.
The integration significantly improves user experience as application feedback from Webex will ensure collaboration experience irrespective of time and location. Network operators can track historical trends, establish benchmarks in application performance, and proactively recognize and resolve network or application problems across their global offices so that the user experience is not impacted.
