The Market Inflection Point
The workplace, as we know it, has changed. Forever.
Across the world, there has been a complete reassessment of all things ‘space’ – how much do we have, how much do we need, how do we use it and how much do we spend on it. With the pandemic came a market inflection point where enterprises began to rethink the physical workplace and its purpose, as hybrid working practices started to take hold. As a result, enterprises are continuing to shrink their real estate footprint by 20-50% on average and reconfiguring them to make them relevant to the new reality. And this is just the beginning.

- IT teams need to make Hybrid work, work: IT teams are looking to create a global hybrid work standard across all their business locations. Achieving this at scale requires a common platform that is secure, reliable, and compliant, with proactive monitoring.
Evolution is the only way physical space can rise to meet these varied expectations of stakeholders. Simply put, spaces need to get smarter, safer, sustainable, and seamless.
