Sara is a Customer Journey Manager for the Team Collaboration Group at Cisco. She focuses on creating better customer experiences and enabling customers to successfully deploy Webex, realize significant business value quickly, and drive adoption throughout the lifecycle.

She has a passion for digital marketing across the customer lifecycle. And she loves hearing stories of what Cisco's products and customers can do together.

Before Cisco, Sara had over 5 years of industry experience in customer success and marketing. She lives in Mystic, Connecticut (like the Julia Robert’s movie, Mystic Pizza) with her husband and their dog. She loves going on hikes, getting outside, snowboarding, and spending time at the beach in the summer.
