Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Microsoft in both individual contributor and management roles. Roy is passionate about technology and its potential for positive impact in both our personal lives and in the organizations that surround us. His constant curiosity makes him an avid reader and investigator. He is an active supporter of environmental sustainability programs and a business mentor to entrepreneurs and young adults. Roy lives in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
