Patrick joined Cisco in 2017 with the acquisition of Observable Networks, where he was founder and CTO. Patrick is also Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle.
