Mark is an IT business leader with expertise in defining and leading go-to-market service strategies through Cisco’s extensive global network of Partners.
He works in the Customer Experience (CX) Partner Go-To-Market team and is responsible for accelerating the CX Success Track offers with and through Partners. He has held numerous leadership roles in both Cisco Services and most recently in the Cisco Global Partner organization. Over the past 10+ years Mark has been a strong advocate for Partners to ensure their success in new Cisco service offers and programs.
Prior to Cisco Mark led the professional services business for a large global IT consultancy as well as a network services partner company and was responsible for pre-sales support and services delivery. He also established an internal consulting function within a major US airline to improve their internal operations through new technology adoption.
