Leticia Gammill leads the Americas Regional Cybersecurity Partner team at Cisco, responsible for the strategy, positioning and enablement of the cybersecurity architecture and solutions to Cisco partners, Service Providers and Distributors. She oversees the implementation, tracking and success of channel programs and partner profitability initiatives in the region.
Leticia has 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, consulting with customers and partners across the Americas in all phases of their cybersecurity strategy. Leticia’s management and cybersecurity experience include regional expansion strategies and execution at IronPort (acquired by Cisco) and Palo Alto Networks, leading Avaya’s Business Development team for the Networking portfolio in Latin America and Canada, and launching the cloud platform partnerships at AppDirect, a cloud platform provider.
She is the Founder and President of WOMCY, Latin America Women in Cybersecurity, an organization focused in mentoring and developing special programs to promote careers in cybersecurity and increase the presence of cybersecurity professionals in Latin America. She is a graduate of EHTP in Porto, Portugal, and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
