Jon Snyder currently works in the office of the CTO for Cisco Collaboration.  He interacts with a team of architects, user experience experts, and program managers to shape the future of Collaboration.  Prior to this, Jon spent 8 years delivering technical sales advice and architectures to Cisco's largest collaboration customers in the Northwest.

Jon is CCIE #14855, Routing & Switching and Voice and holds a BS in Information Systems and Management from Portland State University.
